Message	I strongly disagree based on lots of testing I have done. Expanding the pipe off the turbo is HUGE!!!!! Also what your suggesting is really not realistic. There really is not a easy way to seal the wastegate gas with a split design on a stock turbo. If you run the wastegate pipe to open air you will have a huge exhaust leak all the time and it will drive the 02 sensors crazy! Also open air wastegates sound like SH*T! The difference in adding 3 inch expansions over 2.5" splits feels like you added two more pistons and more displacement. literally feels like a lighter car or bigger engine.
